7.00 pm | Gala dinner in the prestigious Grand Gallery of the Pavillon Dauphine, in the finest French tradition

10.15 pm | Opening ceremony in the Viennese style featuring over 90 performers (musicians, singers and debutants), with the participation of dancers from the Paris Opera Ballet and the Formation des Grands Bals from La Maison de la Valse, the school that trains the debutants
- Opening march of the Debutants and the Formation des Grands Bals
- Demonstration of the Formation des Grands Bals on reorchestrated Padam by Edith Piaf
- Danced scenography with ball gowns from Maison Eudonie
- French and Austrian opera arias
- Dancers from the Paris Opera Ballet in a tribute to Claude Monet on Moonlight by Debussy
- Polka of the Debutants on Tric Trac by Emile Waldteufeul
- Waltz of the Debutants on On the beach by Emile Waldteufeul

11.00 pm | Alles Walzer! and Opening of the ball

11.30 pm | Beginning of dance demonstrations (four-beat rock'n'roll, tango, foxtrot and quickstep)

Midnight | Improvised French quadrille, just like in Vienna, with all participants

4.00 am | End of the ball
